This legal notice governs access to and use of the website kaku-app.site (the "Site"), which presents Kaku, an AI SEO and content service for WordPress.

This notice applies to browsing the Site. Use of the Kaku application and the purchase of its plans are governed by the Terms of Service; the processing of your personal data, by the Privacy Policy; and the cookies on this Site, by the Cookie Policy.
Browsing the Site is free and requires no registration. By using it you accept this notice in the version published at that time.
3. Use of the site
You agree to use the Site in accordance with the law and with this notice. In particular, you may not:
- use the Site for unlawful purposes or in ways that harm third parties;
- attempt to access restricted areas, interfere with its operation or introduce harmful software;
- extract its contents in bulk or by automated means without our written permission.
4. Prices and commercial information
Prices on the Site are shown excluding taxes: VAT or the equivalent tax is added at checkout, depending on the customer's country. The currency in which prices are shown and charged depends on that country. The full conditions of each plan, renewal, cancellation and withdrawal are set out in the Terms of Service, which prevail over any summary published on the Site.

WordPress, WooCommerce and the other third-party trademarks mentioned belong to their respective owners; mentioning them does not imply any relationship or endorsement.

The Site contains links to third-party pages, provided for reference. We do not control their content or policies and are not responsible for them. If you believe a link leads to unlawful content, write to us at hello@kaku-app.site.
7. Liability
We work to keep the Site available and its information correct and up to date, but we do not guarantee that it will run without interruption or be free of errors. 8. Governing law and jurisdiction
This notice is governed by Spanish law. For any dispute concerning the Site, the parties submit to the courts of Valencia, Spain. If you are acting as a consumer, the competent court is the one determined by consumer law, which as a general rule is that of your place of residence.
