Cookie Policy

This policy explains which cookies and similar technologies the website kaku-app.site uses, what they are for and how you can accept them, reject them or change your mind. The Kaku application, where you manage your account, only uses technical cookies; they are explained in its own privacy policy.
1. Who uses the cookies
This site is run by Axis Software Solutions, S.L. (Spanish tax ID B05614516), with registered office at Avenida del Oeste, 24, planta 4, puerta 11, 46001 Valencia, Spain. Full details are in the Legal Notice. Some cookies are set by other companies that provide us with a service; we identify them in each case.
2. What a cookie is
A cookie is a small file that a website stores in your browser so it can recognise it later. There are other ways of storing or reading information on your device that work in a similar way, such as the browser's local storage and session storage. In this policy we treat them all alike and call them "cookies".
3. Which cookies we use and why
We group them by purpose. Necessary cookies do not require your permission. Analytics and marketing cookies are only set if you accept them.

Analytics (only if you accept them)
We use two tools. Google Analytics counts visits and the pages that are viewed. Microsoft Clarity records how each page is used (where you move the pointer, where you click and how far you scroll) and turns that into heatmaps and replays of the visit, so that we can spot what is unclear or not working. What you type into form fields is never recorded.

Subscription forms
This is not a cookie but a marker in the browser's storage:

If you arrive from an ad and have not accepted marketing cookies, we store nothing: we only pass the name of the campaign, which does not identify you, to the application if you sign up.
4. Other companies and international transfers
- Google Ireland Limited (Ireland) provides us with Google Analytics, Google Ads and Google Tag Manager. Its parent company, Google LLC, is in the United States and is certified under the EU-US Data Privacy Framework. More information: how Google uses cookies.
- Microsoft Corporation (United States) provides us with Microsoft Clarity and is certified under the EU-US Data Privacy Framework. It keeps recordings for 30 days and the rest of the usage data for 9 months. Microsoft also uses that data for its own purposes, such as improving its products, and according to its documentation it only shares it with its advertising service (Microsoft Advertising) if you have also accepted marketing cookies. - Hostinger, UAB (Lithuania) hosts this site and provides the Hostinger Reach forms and email service. To protect it, Hostinger uses Cloudflare, Inc. (United States), also certified under the Data Privacy Framework.
- Bunny Fonts (BunnyWay d.o.o., Slovenia) serves the site's typeface. It uses no cookies, but when your browser downloads the font it sees your IP address.
5. Advertising and profiling
If you accept marketing cookies, Google records that you have visited this site in order to show you Kaku ads on other websites and in its search engine. This involves building a profile from your browsing (for example, the pages you visit). We do not use that profile to make any automated decision with legal effects on you.
If you accept both analytics and marketing cookies, Microsoft may also use the Clarity data in its advertising service.
6. How to accept, reject or change your mind
When you enter this site you see a notice with three options: accept all cookies, reject them or choose which to enable. Analytics and marketing cookies stay off until you accept them. We remember your choice for twelve months and you can change it at any time: click "Cookie settings" at the bottom of any page, or right here: .
You can also delete or block cookies in your browser settings: Chrome, Firefox, Safari and Edge. For Google advertising you can also use its ad settings page.
7. What is sent even if you do not accept
Until you accept analytics cookies, neither Google Analytics nor Microsoft Clarity is loaded on this site, and neither Google nor Microsoft receives any data about your visit. The only thing your browser requests from Google is the Google Tag Manager container, the file that decides which tags are loaded; it sets no cookies.
8. Changes to this policy
We will update this policy when the cookies we use, or the companies that set them, change. If the change affects cookies that need your permission, we will ask you again.
